Mid ~ Coast Property Maintenance (MCPM) is a family owned business established May of 2022. We have over 20 years experience in everything from putting in a light bulb to building you a house.

Ed is a working founder/owner who spends most of his time on the job site. Ed's family has been doing construction since before he was born. He is great with coming up with solutions in a quick manner, also a creative thinking when it comes to helping you make sure that you get what you want/like to have in your home. He is great when it comes to making sure the project is done from Start to finish including cleanup through out the process of the job.

Samantha is a working owner / CFO, she spends most of her days in the office but when she gets a chance she is out in the field learning. Samantha is a High School Graduate that has chosen the pursuit of entrepreneur and has chosen to become a partner in this journey. She is a good communicator and can keep things on pace, Sam keeps everything on the inside done for the people on the job site.
